Sandra comes from a rural background, with her parents living on farms in Jugiong and Tumut and also owning property at Humula and West Wyalong. Sandra and her partner Shane Mathieson moved to Narrandera, Shane’s home town in 2001, with Shane starting his own business providing “on farm” Machinery repairs to the surrounding district. Sandra has worked for the Narrandera Bowling Club for 11 years starting as a casual and moving up to Secretary then Manager.

Sandra’s natural ability to communicate and her in-depth knowledge of the local community has enabled Sandra to build up an impressive rent roll in Narrandera and the surrounding area. Sandra enjoys the challenges of property management and strives to find the best for both the landlords and tenants. Her regular interaction with the sales team assists both teams to provide a more effective service to clients. Sandra is not one to shy away from challenging situations and deals with all issues that arise with experience and fairness. Sandra heads the property management team and is always looking for ways to improve the services provided.
