Original Skin Therapy has been established in Narrandera since August 2004 – now in its 18th year of operation, it is a busy and productive business that has never made a loss over all these years, despite drought, flood and pandemic. Currently working as a sole operator, with after school assistance for cleaning, opening orders, resetting rooms etc.

The current owner is working 4 days per week and 1 Saturday per month unless there are special events. The potential exists for the salon to grow to at least 2 full time therapists and has done this easily in the past years.

The salon promotes the products of ASAP – Australian based cosmeceutical product as well as Image Skin Care – American top end highly active cosmeceutical Other products stocked are Youngblood Makeup and Sunsecape Tanning Solutions.

Image Skin care, Youngblood makeup and Sunescape tanning solutions are all distributed by Professional Beauty Solutions of which the salon is a partner sharing in the benefits of free training, in salon support and endless marketing support which has been priceless and grown the business over the past 10 years.

The salon is divided into 5 sections –
Reception with waiting area, stock shelving, makeup stand and application area and reception counter
4 treatments rooms are private and individual and currently set up to be designated for –
1 x Manicure, pedicure
1 x Waxing
2 x Facial, Microdermabrasion, Massage treatments rooms

At the rear of the salon is the preparation, clean-up, and storage area as well as tea/coffee making area. Alongside this is the bathroom area which also houses a designated spray tan shower recess to make easy application and clean up in a private, ventilated area.

Original Skin has a dedicated website and online store, together with active social media pages on both Instagram and Facebook. This would automatically transfer to new owner upon sale.

Renovations to reception area and treatment rooms has just been completed together with new upgraded lighting and brand new signage inside and out.

The salon has rear lane access with parking facilities for up to 3 vehicles.

The salon has reverse cycle air conditioning making it a very comfortable workspace during all seasons and natural gas hot water and an additional gas heater.
